ARCS Monthly Research Seminar – In-Person

The October Monthly Seminar which is on Friday Oct 18, 2024, From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event is hosted by LAPD Devonshire PALS, and we’ll be gathering at the LAPD Devonshire location for the seminar.

Location: LAPD Devonshire PALS, 8721 Wilbur Ave, Northridge, CA 91324

The featured projects are:

1. In-Space Nondestructive Evaluation of On-Orbit Manufactured Components and Systems
2. WATCHER
3. Additive Manufacturing of Sulfur Concrete for Mars Habitats
4. Citizen Science for Dakota and Lakota Native Nations
5. Perceptual Augmentation: Object Recognition and Interpretation for Visually Impaired Assistance
6. Thermal Management and Energy Systems

According to the fellow agreement, it is important for the fellows to attend the monthly seminar and it’s always important that we support each other and attend the Monthly Seminars; after all, that’s part of “convergence.” Although we do offer zoom attendance, in-person attendance is preferred.
